We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team of passionate healthcare professionals. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall quality of life through personalised rehabilitation programs. By utilising your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to care, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities, functional limitations, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to address patients’ rehabilitation goals.
  • Monitor patients’ progress regularly, reassessing their condition and modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and techniques for maintaining optimal physical function.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • HCPC & CSP registration.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough assessments, formulating accurate diagnoses, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional competence through ongoing learning and participation in continuing education activities.
