We are seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. As a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists while further developing your expertise in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessment findings and clinical reasoning.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to optimise patients’ mobility, relieve pain, and improve overall quality of life.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
• Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy practice through continuous learning and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility for registration with HCPC & CSP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
