With almost 2000 clinical hours under her belt she has successfully supported individuals of all ages through issues such as self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
Emma says, “I have lived experience of a successful recovery from a mental health condition; meaning I can relate to those on a deeper level who have or are still experiencing similar issues.”
Emma is a person-centred counsellor. This means every individual she supports gets a tailored therapeutic experience that meets specific needs for them and them alone. It also means the counselling journey is built upon a strong relationship between you and Emma as the counsellor.
